Attitudes to Sustainability in Veterinary Practice

In this masterclass, Tanya Michelsen presents key findings from recent research involving veterinarians, pet owners, and animal health industry professionals — exploring how sustainability and the climate crisis are shaping attitudes, behaviours, and decision-making across the veterinary sector. Drawing on robust data and real-world insights, the session unpacks where the profession currently stands, and where it hopes to go, in building a more sustainable future for animals, people, and the planet.

Tanya is a Senior Research Director at Kynetec. Kynetec is a market research agency solely focusing on the animal health sector, and owner of Vetspanel – the largest community of veterinary professionals, with over 30,000 members globally.
